We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit music school providing private and group lessons both in person and virtually for all ages and skill levels in violin, viola, cello, guitar, ukulele, mandolin, piano, and percussion.

Guided by the educational philosophies Dr. Shinichi Suzuki, The Suzuki Academy of Kalamazoo is committed to creating an inclusive, high quality music program in which all students are nurtured as valued members of our community with unique talents and skills. It is our mission to provide well-rounded, culturally sensitive, top quality one-on-one instruction, while also prioritizing ensemble participation through which students can learn to create and grow with artists from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
